Can anyone point me to some articles/resources on selecting my next server?
Or you could just make suggestions on what I should buy.

I am still running NT4 server on a Gateway server we got in 98 or 99. Has
Exch Svr, Visual source safe.

It's over due, so I want to get up to the current stuff.

We have a T1 line feeding a GnatBox firewall. Private net goes to the server
and desktops. PSN to a 3rd party mail server acting as a front end to
exchange and a Win2K box acting as a web server and bug tracker w/ web
interface. All servers are on UPS.

8 employees, all on XP desktops doing embedded software development.
Primary machine use is log on controller, exchange server and file/print
server. Limited apps such as Visual source safe, license servers for
development tools, etc. Need some kind of backup, tape, etc.

Should we use Small Business server or regular, etc? How powerful of a box?
