- Cals for SBS2003 Standard

I deployed Windows Small Bus Server a few months ago and I want to add 5 cals
to my system. I have purchased the 5 new cals directly from microsoft, but I
can not seem to find the licence codes, which are by my understanding, are
supposed to be printed on the licence agreement, but are not. I have paid
forthese licences but they are not installed. There apears to be a "product
key" on the envelope, but it is is only 14 characters long and I need 25????
What am I missing here?

Sounds like you bought Windows 2003 server CALs and not SBS CALs.
Call Microsoft to confirm.
If they are 2003 Server CALs, then you need to try and convince Microsoft to
take em back.
