Hi,

For some reason in a Citrix Session on a Windows 2003 server I cannot switch
Control Panel to Classic View. Clicking on the 'Switch to Classic View' link
does not do anything.

I have trawled through Group Policy to see if this is somehow turned off
somewhere but cannot find anything. I need to get to the Mail icon as I have
a user with an Outlook problem and I suspect his mail profile.

Any ideas of either how to get to the mail icon or how to switch to classic
view?
