- Certificate server: Automatic certificate enrollment for local system failed

I am receiving the following error on our clients when the they try to
obtain a certificate using our group-policy :
Automatic certificate enrollment for local system failed to enroll for one
Computer certificate (0x80070005). Access is denied.
Our certificate server has been working great until now.
Please help me out,
