client access exceed

My Win2K Server HTTP always encounter client access limit
exceed, but i check the sessions (say 12) is far less than
the per server license (say 17)

Do anyone know the reasons?

Tks!

I believe that even though the number of "active" sessions is lower than the
number of total licenses, each connection "uses" a license and essentially
keeps it, even though not "actively" connected as a session.

Check "Licensing" under "Administrative Tools" to compare clients vs.
products licensed, etc.

Remember to work with your OEM, Retailer, VAR or Microsoft Account team to
resolve licensing discrepancies.
