- Convert a Virtual Server to a Physical Server

Virtual Server 2005 R2 guest OS Win2k Server
2 partitions (C & D) - Key app is IIS Web site with directories on both
partitions
Any suggestions on how to convert a Virtual Server to a Physical Server? I
wasn't able to find any Technet articles on it. I do have a retired server
that is very close match to the hardware the Virtual server is on.
I also backup the VS with Veritas, treating it as if it were a physical
system - installed Veritas remote agent on the VS. Has anyone attempted
restoring from tape to a physical system?
Any suggestions or links greatly apreciated.
