Hi,
When I go to the Processes Tab within the Task Manager, my CPU Time for the
System Idle Process is going about 4 times as fast as it should. It's
counting in intervals of 4 seconds and it counts onces per seconds. The
clock on the computer is working normal. I put up the server about 2 months
ago but never notice. Then about a week ago, I put in Symantec Antivirus,
Enterprise Edition and we had problems access a network application and I
start troubleshooting and discovered this. I don't know if it is related to
the Antivirus software or not but I disabled all the services and it's still
doing that. What might be causing this and how can I address it?

I can't find anything on Google or Microsoft's sites.
