deleting content from Docs & Settings folder ?

for some reason, the folder for the primary user C:\Documents and
Settings\Username1\Local Settings is over 1.3GB wheras the same folder for
C:\Documents and Settings\Username2\Local Settings is only like 30MB. can
any or most of the content in the Username1\Local Settings folder ( which
appears to be largely left over installer files ) be safely deleted to free
up disk space ? tia ...

hi, the files and folders that are taking up most of the space are in the
C:\Documents and Settings\Username2\Local Settings\Temp folder, and like i
said previously they appear to be mostly left over files and folders from
previous program installs.

Files in the temp folder are by definition temporary and can
be safely deleted.
