I have a reservation that i need to make with a MAC address. Everytime
i try to enter the reservation i get "The specified address is not
avalible". It appear that this address once had a DCHP reservation and
when it was deleted DHCP will not let go of it. Has anyone had this
happen? Is there a way to go into the DHCP database and delete it
manually.

Yes - look in the current address leases section to see if it's assigned
already, and remove it there.
