I've had the following error in event logs in all my Windows 2003 servers
off and on:

The COM+ Event System failed to create an instance of the subscriber
{D3938AB0-5B9D-11D1-8DD2-00AA004ABD5E}. StandardCreateInstance returned
HRESULT 80070422.

The Knowledgebase refers me to a hotfix
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/831648/en-us) which is not really relevant
to me because I'm not running SMS. The subscriber is always "SENS
Subscriber for EventSystem EventObjectChange events".

I've looked for a solution to this problem, but cannot find one.
