I have two issues. One is that the client computers on my network can't send
out a fax. When I try to send a fax from a client computer the fax wizard
does not pop up and it looks like a fax was sent, it sits in the queue and
doesn't do anything. I went through the article 880432. Uninstalled the fax
client on a client computer and then assigned the applications to deploy on
this client computer. I logged off and then back on the client computer,
however the Client Application Setup Wizard did not run (second issue) and
there is no shortcut on the desktop like it says there should be. I am at a
loss and so is the guy that has helped me setup the server.

One other thing that I have a question about is faxing from Outlook. My
signature includes our company logo, when I did a test faxing from Outlook,
the first time the logo was sent on a separate page, fit to the page. I tried
making my logo smaller, making it a different file format, but now a fax
won't go at all. It tells me that some attachments cannot be rendered. It
works fine if I delete the logo. Is there a way I can make the logo work?
