Network name not found would generally be due to a failure of
either the DNS or NetBIOS (both really) name resolution.

It is unlikely that you can resolve NetBIOS names across a WAN unless
you share a WINS Server database.

Also possible that FIREWALL settings are getting in the way.

Or more likely that only an admin has privileges....
