- granting service logon rights

Granting logon rights to a service.
This issue popped up after an application upgrade where post upgrade some
services would not start using the previously assigned user for logon
rights. After creating a new user with the same rights on the server we
granted this user rights to start the service and now the service started
fine. To make this even more confusing some services are still starting
correctly with the user id that is having this problem??? Just wondering if
anyone has ever seen anything like this, or if you have a fix for it.
Thanx

Maybe, you have a restriction throught Local Policy or
Domain Policy.
Look in "User right Assigment"
Cedric.
