My Windows Server 2003 domain controller has a greyed-out logon and password
box when I press CTRL ALT DEL to log on locally. Shutdown button is also
greyed-out. I can access through RDP and the server appears to be working.
Nothing unusual in the event log. I have read that this could be caused by
VNC but I do not have VNC. I have made no changes to Local security policy
which allows log on locally. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions?
