- Group policy disable user set time

Is there any policy to disable the posibility tha a user could change its cpu
time. I have AD windows 2003, my clients are Windows XP and Windows 2000

Don't put the users in the local administrators group, and then they won't
be able to do this. You don't want users changing the workstation time....it
can muck up their ability to communicate with the network.
