Hello,
In windows 2003 std server....does anyeon know a way to control power
management settings (from control panel) via greoup policy?

Use the Powercfg.exe program in conjunction with cpau below so that users
(non-administrators) can run it. Or set such in a startup script instead
of a loginscript.
