A while back, we realized our Windows Server 2003 machine's clock had
gotten off by exactly a year. I set it back, but a very frustrating,
though minor problem remains. When I check the Backup page in Server
Management, it shows the dates of all the recent backups as having
been done in 2005!
If I click to view each log, the correct date shows up in the file,
however. I tried deleting the file, but then it simply isn't able to
load the page without a warning message (whether I click Retry or
Cancel, doesn't make any significan't difference - it either shows the
list with the screwed up dates, or it doesn't show the list at all).
So I restored the files from the recycle bin. Renaming them has the
same effect as deleting them. I tried disabling backups and then
reenabling them, but then the "old" 2005 list comes up again.
So how can I fix this?
Many thanks,
David
