I need some ideas on this one.

We have 2 AD domains with a complete trust. There are 2 file servers in the
old domain.

The new domain has a 2003 file server cluster. I need to move all the files
from the 2 old servers to the new server, create the same security groups in
the new AD, and have the permissions the same.

There's a file server migration kit from MS, but I think that uses DFS and
requires servers in the same domain?

Anyone gone through a similar migration?
