Move File Server to new physical server

Move File Server to new physical server: Posted by Derek Da Silva on February 14th, 2008; Hi Everyone,

My win2k3 file server is nearing the end of its lease. I am required to
move the existing data to the new server. I have 1000's of files including
shares, specific permissions, etc.

Could you please advise to move all data from the old server to the new
server and preserve all permissions/shares, etc...
