- Move user and group accounts to another server

Hi;
i will move my 2003 webserver to another 2003 server, but i don't want to
lose my existing local user or group accounts and permissions given to file
shares. For windows shares and web pages, i found IIS Migration Wizard. But
for user and group accounts, i can not do anything. can you offer me any tool
or wizard?
