- New to Windows 2003 Server and licensing

If I have Win 2003 server 5 CAL and only have 5 users logging on:
do I need additional separate Terminal licences for any WIN 9x or 2K machine
that logs on via RDP?
Is it RDP that you use to log on or is there another form of logging on
(Terminal services)?
