- No network provider accepted the given network path
- Posted by Baco- on October 21st, 2004
Hi all!
I have a problem.
We have 2 win 2003 servers i will call the first one "ONE" and the
second one "TWO".
On Machine "ONE" we have a lot of websites running with IIS6.
On Machine "TWO" we have an application that reads the iis logfiles
for the statistics server.
When we start the application that reads the logfiles it goes well for
3 minutes.
After that i cannot even go to "start"-"run" "\\ONE\logs" I'm getting
the following error:
"No network provider accepted the given network path"
And when i wait one minute it goes well again for another say 3
minutes...
I hope someone has a solution for my problem.
p.s. I already created the MaxCmds and MaxMpxCt keys but i think this
only works for windows 2000 server.
Thanks in advance!
