Hello,

I have question for any NT4 gurus that may be left. I may have a
situation in the near future where I'll need to promote on BDC to PDC for
day or more while the PDC (hardware an OS) are rebuilt. The actual promotion
itself seem to go OK. However the WINS entry for the domain does not, and I
may have to alter this manually. My question is two fold.

1) is this normal behaviour, or am I simply not waiting long enough? How
long should this take?

2) I have some one way and two way trusts to other domains. Do these
trusts need to be re-established or should this all be transparent?

Any advice, or help would be greatly appreciated.
