- NTBackup with Windows Srv 2003

I have a Windows server that was recently upgraded from 2000 to 2003. We
use ntbackup with a DAT drive for backups. When we were running Windows
Server 2000, we used the /UM switch with ntbackup scripts to tell it to use
whatever tape is in the drive. That switch is not in Windows Server 2003.
How can I accomplish that functionality?
