When we go to open a program or a batch file from the desktop of server 2k3
it brings up a download dialog box with the save box greyed and the open box
active. We have to hit the open box to run the program. It is with a back
office program we use and a batch file that backs a few folders up to a
specific drive. It does this logged in as administrator.

Any ideas?

Using the tools at MSDN to search the KnowledgeBase will
most likely turn something up as this strange behavior has
probably been noted before and resolved somehow.
