Hi,

Please help me with the following issue.
I finished installing Oracle 8i on a Windows 2003 Server
without problems. But when I try to connect using
System/Manager it gives an error "TNS Protocol Adapter".
All the services are starting without problems. Is Oracle
8i compatible with Windows 2003 or do I need to install
some patches to make it work.
