I was wondering if there is a recommended size that the C: drive should
be. I am going to have two partitions, but would like an idea what to
have for the C: drive.

It depends on size of your whole HDD. Second thing that I like to take under
consideration is what will be installed on this server.

Personally I don't make system partition smaller then 10 GB. Installation
might take less but with time after you install all your application and
later all the service packs and patches it will get filled up...

I also like to put pagefile on separate drive whenever possible. If this is
not possible then I put it on separate partition...

It depends on what you will put on that partition. I would not make it
smaller than 7 Gb.
