- Perflib Error jnfoctrs.dll JnfoComm

I am running a NT4 Server with Exchange every so often i get an error in the
application log:
Event ID: 1011
Source: Perflib
Type: Error
Category: None
Description: The Library file "jnfoctrs.dll" specified for the "JnfoCOmm"
service could not be opened. Performance data for this service will not be
avalible. Status code is data DWORD 0.
I know this is to with the performce monitor, And the files oddly relate to
IIS!? i would like to resolve the error but if i can not i would just like to
stop the error being reported i.e. disable this service from being logged in
the performance monitor.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

In my opinion, the strength of the password is far more important than the
case sensitivity of the username. The security is only as strong as the
password.
