Does anyone know what are the recommended values for performance
counters in Windows system. I'm not talking about the most obvious
ones like Disk Time, Processor Time or AverageDiskQL.
I tried googling for it but couldn't find any source that would give
me a list with recommended values

maximum values of all those counters that what's the point of shipping
this application with every Windows system?...
