- Performance monitor causes performance problems
- Posted by Jani Hyytiäinen on July 15th, 2004
This is something really hard to find solution for
online...
I have a Windows Server 2003 Std. w/ 2.4 GHz P4, 1024RAM,
2x DH (80GB & 120GB)
Everything goes just fine until I start the performance
monitor. After that, the CPU usage jumps to 100% and when
I use the process explorer available from
sysinternals.com, it shows me that it's the "Hardware
interrupts" causing this load.
So, if any one of you might give me a pointer where to
look for the problem, I'd be really glad, thank you...
