- Posted by 6stemD on May 21st, 2008
Hi guys,
I know this a post for microsoft but sometimes there a config with mac and PC.
I try to migrate a mac server to a w2k3 R2.
So i have a network with a Server in windows 2003 R2, 3 PC in Windows Vista
Business, 4 Mac in OS X 10.3.9 and server MAC OS X 10.2
In my w2k3 server, when i open share folder mac of server X 10.2, if there is
a point at the and of folder, for the w2k3 the folder is empty. If i remove
the point in the folder name, then the folder is list and i can copy the
files.
In the E-MAC 10.3.9 if i open a share folder of my w2k3 it's good but if i
save document with point or number in the document name there is an error.
So it's compatible mac and pc ???
Thanks for your help, cause i hate the MAC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
