Hello,

I have an application that is having some issues when you change the
regional settings. I have user using Spanish New Zealand that uses
commas and decimals opposite of how the US uses them.

When this user enters data into a web based application, the data
displays directly. As soon as that user clicks the save button, SQL
changes the amount and multiplies it by 100.

The problem is that only some workstations have this issue. I have
changed my workstation to identical settings in regional settings, and
my PC does not have this issue at all. Does anyone have any ideas on
what the potential issue could be?

Also, if I wanted to contact Microsoft Support, would it be Windows,
SQL support, or something else?

Any help would be appreciated.
