- Registry tweak deleteRoamingCache
- Posted by Will Sellers on February 14th, 2008
We have a win 2003 server that uses a mandatory profile for 300 students
that share windows XP desktops.
I have tried to use the GPO to delete local profiles but that didn't work.
I tried using the Registry tweak deleteRoamingCache. But that also did not
work. Since The desktops are windows XP, is it possible that the tweak
should be applied somewhere else instead of here?
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Cu rrentVersion
\Winlogon

Is this the group policy setting to delete roaming profiles as referenced in
the following link?

Found out the problem.
The gpo setting only works if the computers belong to the same OU
