Looking for a good Remote Control program/application/software that I can
utilize on Windows2003 Servers thru a VPN conection.

RealVNC/UltraVNC should work through a VPN connection.

How about Remote Desktop? It's native to Windows servers!

Windows Remote Desktop, I agree... Built in, works good, screens
typically refreshes better than a VNC session. Unless you actualley
need console access.
