- SBS https access to folders
- Posted by §andro on December 5th, 2004
I've just setup an installation of Small Business Server 2003 and all is
running well.
I've noticed on another setup the users can access folders on the server via
https from an external site. There are DNS entries for the folder names and
web sites in IIS that seem to use java script to direct the request to the
folder on the server. The users just type - folderName.domain.com in their
browser and they are redirected to the folder via https and can browes their
documents.
I suspect this was all done with some sort of wizard but I can't seem to
work out how to do it.
Any help appreciated.
