we upgraded a server from sbs2000 to sbs2003, everything works fine,except my
raid 5 rebuilds on every reboot. using an intel u3-1 raid controller.
any ideas?

Does your array management software's log file indicate why? You might check
their web site for a controller firmware and or driver update.
