- Server 2003 design ideas

I have WSUS running on a Windows Server 2003 Compaq Proliant ML380 with
1.5Gb RAM and a 1Ghz CPU. I'm wondering if I should configure RRAS
(VPN only) on here. Doing so would allow me to upgrade the RRAS from
the existing Windows Server 2000 (and thus free up that server for
something else).
We have about 65 LAN users and another 15 remote users. I've never seen
the current 2000 RAS server have more than 25 connections at any one
time.
Does anyone see an issue with this? Is RRAS or WSUS somehow CPU
intensive?
Thanks in advance!
