I have one Windows 2003 Stanard server where after an snmp query is sent to
the server snmp will utilise 50%+ of the CPUs.

Anyone know of a fix?

Have seen this happen with third party SNMP agents. So you will want to first disable any of
those and test.

If that is not the case, then follow the steps listed in the following article:
