Okay quick rundown and hoping someone can give me some ideas on this.

We have a StorageTek L1400 Tape Library. It contains 3 tape drives.
We have an HP Proliant DL380 G4 Server running Windows 2003 R2.
Inside that server contains 2 Dual Ported QLogic QLA2342-E-SP Fiber Channel
HBA's.

I connected the 3 drives to 3 available ports on the HBA and the libraries
control module to the last port on the HBA.

Windows and our Veritas Backup Exec 9.0 can see the tape drives but they
cannot see the L1400 library.

I tried swapping the library to differents ports and the problem followed
it. I talked to someone at QLogic and they said if SANSurfer can see the
library and Windows cannot then it is most likely a Windows issue. Any
suggestions would be appreciated. If you need more information from me I will
do my best to provide it.
