I am responsible for managing several terminal servers for different
clients. On several of these servers we have an issue that we have not
yet been able to sort out. When users login for the first time, an
error is displayed titled "SystemTray.exe - Applications Error". The
message body is "The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000005)
occurred in the location 0x00411a60. Any ideas on what this is related
to?
