Please supply full details of your network configuration,
i.e. your local setup, your internet connection, your
firewall, what client you use to access Terminal Services,
if you tried accessing TS from within your network
rather than from outside.

If you find it difficult to answer my questions, ask a friend
to have a look at your setup and get some answers to these
questions:
1. Is your PC stand-alone or networked?
2. Does it use a dial-up modem, an ADSL modem or an ADSL router
to connect to the Internet?
3. Where exactly does the Linksys router fit it?
4. Do you have a static external IP address?
5. Do you have a hardware firewall?
6. Do you have a software firewall?
7. Can you start Remote Desktop from a PC/laptop connected to
your internal network?
