- Terminal Services issue
- Posted by Westley on January 10th, 2006
I'm trying to view a user's session. I have it set so the user does not have
to give me permission to see their session. However, they can see when I make
the request and deny it. What could I have set wrong?
Thanks in advance!

Not sure - you might post in Microsoft.public.windows.terminal_services for
more help.
That said, why would they deny it? Are you monitoring because your
management said they wanted you to go in and snoop on Judy's possibly risqué
surfing habits, or are you doing this to offer tech support? I'm not sure
that you will be able to shadow the session entirely without the user's
knowledge.
