Transferring files keeping security permissions

Transferring files keeping security permissions: Posted by Mauro on December 2nd, 2004; I need to transfer many folders between two servers. The "sender" is a
Win2KServer, while the "recipient" is a Win2003StorageServer.
Is there a way to transfer all folders and files keeping all security
permissions?
Both servers reside in the same AD.

You could use xcopy.exe with the /o switch.
