- Upgrading a Windows 2000 Server with Exchange 2003 to a windows 2003 Server

Hi All,
We have a Windows 2000 Server with MS Exchange 2003 with OWA loaded. We
now need to upgrade the server to Windows 2003 server without impacting
the exchange server.
Is there a guide out there that can help me or do I just do a simple
windows 2003 upgrade from 2000.
We tried doing this but we had a issue with OWA after we loaded windows
2003. OWA stopped loading with a page not found error.
Any help in this is really appreciated.
