After i login to my windows server 2003 sp1 AD DC, i can't find my user

You're probably looking in the wrong place. Start a Command
Prompt, then type these commands:
set userprofile
cd /d "%UserProfile%"

What do you get?

Hi, isn't that the home folder is set in AD user and directory ? i
manually type in the path.
