I have the following questions with regard to Windows Server Virtualization
(WSV).

1. In what way is WSv (which is offered in Win2008) different from VMWare
ESX server?

2. Is VMWare ESX server also Hypervisor based?

3. Does WSv require servers with processors equipped with "Intel VT" or
"AMD-V" enabled technology?

4. How do I know if my processor is equipped with that technology?
