we have a windows 2003 DHCP Server, now the DHCP scope define 10.3.1.x /24 ,
but now our network grownth more, the 254 host not enough to use. I want
expand our network host 512 host. Pls advice how to re-setup in our DHCP
server and network server.

You would need to assign an additional subnet to the clients. Routing
infrastructure would also need to be updated.
