I have setup Windows 2003 Disk Quota and question is when users delete there
files from shared drives there quota is not dropping, Can someone help me out

count towards their quota and when they deleted the files, there would
be no change in the quota.
If they DO own the files they are deleting, then you should see
available space on the network drive increasing. The Quota entries
displayed on the disk properties may take a little time to reflect the
change though.

I did test I delete some files from users folder and the quota did not drop
it been 2 week since I have deleted the files around 700MB.

Thanks Lee, but I am very CERTAIN the files were OWNED by him because I
create the file under his login and I use my login account and deleted his
700MB file but quota is still say's 700MB it been 3weeks since I have deleted
the file. Can anyone help me out on this.
