- Windows 2003 Evaluation for 180 days - agreement

I want to send some of my customers a DVD contain virtual server (VPC or
VMWare image) with a product I have designed. The OS on the VM machine is
windows 2003 Evaluation with license to use for 180 days. Is it legal to send
this to my customers? Do I need an agreement to use this?
