- Windows 2003 - Find / Replace text in file utility?

Hi,
Is there a MSFT provided tool that allows for find and replace of text in
files like GREP.
QGREP from Microsoft does only find. And, NT 4 had something called MUNGE
which is no longer there in 2003.
Are there any other tools that do the job - should be free/ support wildcard
(*.txt), support command line interface.
